ARI DINA KRESTYAWAN

Ari Dina Krestyawan is born in Semarang ,1976. He graduated from the Departemen of Communication Science, Diponegoro University , in 2002, and received a scholarship from FFTV IKJ for two semesters. He is one of the founders of www.gilasunting.com and received the award for best directing and best video clip in the independent Clip Videos Competition 2005, held by FFTV IKJ. Beside participating in a variety of video festivals, nationally and internationally, he keeps on making art works.

AMI & POPO

Ami & Popo or Syahrul Amami and Ryan Riayadi started to collaborate since 2006. Syahrul Amami or Ami was born in Jakarta, 1985. As well as taking classes in the Departement of International Relation at the Institut of social and Political sciences, Jakarta, he also works as a creative team leader at the Indonesian office of Greenpeace for Southeast asean Region. Ami was one of the five awardees receiving Special award in 2008 Jakarta 32c, an exhibition of visual art works by Jakarta students, held by ruangrupa and komplotan Jakarta 32c. Ryan Riayadi was born in Jakarta, 1982, and works in car wash and as a freelance worker. He has been exhibiting his works  since 2000. Together Ami and the Popo often create mural work , posters, and stickers in public spaces.

Poster are put up on January 16, 2009, from 1 a.m.  to 3 a.m.

The duration  in which the posters are put up according to the acquired permit: january 17, 2009 – february 28, 2009

It is hoped, however, that the work can stay for good, until motor hijacks no longer occur.

Eric Widjaja

Eric Widjaja is the founder of thinking*room Inc., a graphic design studio with a focus not only on the design aspect, but also on the creative concept as a whole. Before concluding his study at the Academy of Art San Francisco, California, Eric did a stint at the Landor Associate, helping to manage several projects of brand identity, print, packaging, and multimedia design for such clients as Levi's, GE, and Xerox. Now day, his graphic design studio has several national and international clients.
